2.The short version
- Our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- We collect personal data only when you send it to us — through a WhatsApp message, an email, or the forms on our site (which do nothing except prepare a WhatsApp message on your own phone).
- We use your data only to perform your booking or order, and we delete it when the legal retention periods end.
- We never sell your data.

4.Recipients of your data
To deliver the service we share only what is necessary with: our delivery partners and staff in Nigeria (for the delivery address and contents declaration), parcel carriers such as GLS/DHL (for label creation), customs authorities where legally required, our bank (for payments), and our tax advisor (for bookkeeping). Data transferred to Nigeria is limited to what the delivery requires; Nigeria is a third country under GDPR, and the transfer is necessary for the performance of your contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
5.How long we keep data
Booking and payment records are kept for the statutory retention periods of German tax and commercial law (up to 10 years), then deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within [e.g. 6 months]. Receipt and delivery photos are deleted after the claim period unless you have consented to their use in marketing.
6.Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect. To exercise any right, message us on WhatsApp or email [business email].

7.No cookies, no trackers
This website does not set cookies, does not embed third-party fonts or scripts from tracking networks, and does not use analytics. The order forms on the site prepare a WhatsApp message on your own device; nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send that message yourself.
8.Changes to this policy
If we add new features (for example online payment, customer accounts, or analytics), we will update this policy before those features go live and show the new date at the top.
